Log Your Community Service Hours & Find Serving Opportunities

Tree of Life Christian Schools inspires students to serve others for the cause of Christ through giving their time and talents to others in His name. Following the model of Acts 1:8, students serve as a witness of Christ’s love in their Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria, and the ends of the earth.

Students should annually log community service hours in Renweb to satisfy the 20-hour per year service requirement. Each set of 20 hours should be completed during the school year for a particular grade. Summer service hours can count for either year, banking forward for the next year or counting backward for the year past. Seniors may consider completing the final year of service hours in the summer before the senior year begins. Freshman through juniors who have not completed 20 hours before the new year begins will make-up hours of service through the school office during study hall or after-school times. Seniors will be required to complete the 20 hours of service before graduation. The goal is to complete 20 hours each year…not 80 hours in one year.

  • Would any Tree of Life students be interested in helping out with our upcoming event for community service hours? We need servers, folks to help with set up and clean up crews as well. Please contact me at the number below.

  • Eyes Wide Open International has opportunities for students, staff, families and friends to serve this Wednesday, February 5 thru Sunday, February 9th. We need a lot of help to organize, pack and move donations from our corporate office at the TOL ministry center, to a shipping container located on site.

Ninety percent of our offices need to be moved into the container by Monday morning. All items are headed to support widows, orphans and others in human crisis that we serve in Haiti.

    Thank you in advance.

  • I can work out volunteers M-F 1st shift hours for kids while they are on breaks and such. They can choose the hours they want to volunteer. Hours would be fulfilled at Willow Brook by Day at Willow Brook Village in Delaware, Ohio, off of 23 and Cottswold (a few lights past 23 and 315). Typical tasks include helping with games, wiping tables, etc.

Parents/students can email me at awinders@willow-brook.org and it is okay for a couple or group of students as well.

    Kind regards,

    Anna L. Winders
